      Wallace J. Boyce

      Wallace J. Boyce, 89, of the 500 block of Maryland Ave., a retired bus driver, died Dec. 7, 1992, in a hospital.

      Mr. Boyce was born in Edenton, N.C. He had retired from Tidewater Regional Transit. He was a member of Port Norfolk Baptist Church and Tidal Wave Masonic Lodge 273, A.F. & A.M. He was also a member of A.T.U. 1177.

      Survivors include his wife, Della Blanchard Boyce; two stepdaughters, Delores Sherman of Virginia Beach and Phyllis Brinckley of Springfield, Va.; and four stepgrandchildren.

      The graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Olive Branch Cemetery by the Rev. Sylvester E. Hathaway III. Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, is handling arrangements.
